Our standard processing time for physical products is 5–7 business days before shipping. If it’s been less than that, please hang tight — your order is likely on its way!

For Next Day Delivery orders:

  • If you order before 12PM, your item will be shipped the same day.

  • If you order after 12PM, it will be shipped the following business day.

Return & Exchange Policy

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it — we’re happy to offer a refund or replacement.

We offer exchanges on items as long as they are not personalized or customized. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any custom-made or personalized products, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
