A: You can apply by visiting our Events page, selecting the Pop-Up Shop event, and choosing your business category. Please note: spaces are limited to only two businesses per category (e.g. 2 skincare brands, 2 cosmetic brands, 2 clothing brands, etc.). Once you've entered all your details and completed payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with your secured spot and the next steps.

A: Tickets are non-refundable, but if you can’t make it, you can transfer your ticket to someone else. Just let us know in advance.

A: We'd love to hear from you! If you're interested in collaborating, please head to our Contact Us section and fill out the Collaboration Form. Be sure to include a bit about your brand and what you have in mind. We'll review your request and get back to you within 48 hours.

A: Our standard processing time for physical products is 5–7 business days before shipping. If it’s been less than that, please hang tight — your order is likely on its way!

For Next Day Delivery orders:

• If you order before 12PM, your item will be shipped the same day.

• If you order after 12PM, it will be shipped the following business day.
